The festival is held on the 7th and 8th of lunar January every year in Luy hamlet, Phong Phu commune, Tan Lac district
This festival is popular for the Muong Bi in the past to express their respect for the mother of the country Hoang Ba and the three Tan Vien Mountain gods to help and support the people to have a prosperous and happy year.
The ceremony is held at the shrine to worship tutelary god, and in the festival, many forms of folk games such as danh mang, tug of war, throwing sacred ball, pushing sticks, etc. and cooking competition.
