Muoi Cave lies at the foot of Khen Mountain in Muong Khen town, Tan Lac district, some 29 km from Hoa Binh city along Highway 6.

After excavations and research, archaeologists have determined that this is a relic of primitive peoples. Muoi Cave belongs to the Hoa Binh Culture dating back 10,000 – 7,000 years ago and is useful not only for visiting but also for conducting scientific research on ancient civilizations.
