Mai Chau valley- Aview from Thung Nhuoi pass
Once in Mai Chau, you will join the Thai ethnic cultural tours and circuits: visiting traditional farms and taking part in rafting races in the valley’s streams. At night, warmed by ethnic Thai wine, you will experience the song and dance sitting by a flickering camp fire.
Lying in the valley is the age-old habitation of the Thai people of Mai Chau formerly known as Muong Mun. The Thai’s populous and rich villages are well-known tourist spots such as the villages of Lac, Van and Pom Coong. In Mai Chau Valley, there are also national caves and grottoes such as Mo Luong Cave, Chieu Cave, Pieng Kem Grotto, and archaeological sites such as Lang Cave and Khau Phuc Cave.
